FAQ

 Carpets are clean, dry and ready to use in 2-4 hours.  Upholstery takes between 5-8 hours to be dry and ready to use.  We can even speed up this process by using blowers and fans in some cases.     

 Yes, for general purpose carpet and upholstery cleaning we use a product made with orange peel, plant based emulsifier and water.  It has a natural citrus aroma which is very pleasant and dissipates once dry.  For some types of stains we use specialized products but never harsh chemicals which would be considered harmful.  If you need non-toxic carpet cleaning then we are the best choice.     

 No, it is not necessary to move furniture.  We do however ask that you pick up any light clutter off the floor to help us have a clear path to clean and move furniture as needed.  It is also helpful to remove any breakable items off of furniture that will be moved for cleaning. 

We do not move large dressers, armoires, entertainment centers, electronics, beds, artwork, and computers.  We make exceptions where needed but generally speaking these are items that are either too risky or too heavy to be moved for cleaning.  If you have items like this that need to be moved we are happy to accommodate you if possible.  

No, you do not need to be present during the appointment as long as we have access to your home or business and a means of locking up when we leave.  We  take pride in the fact that we are trusted with the cleaning of many vacation rentals and second homes on the Monterey Peninsula.  All work is completed by the owner every time.
